Even after a $400 million investment in their casino floor, the resort could not shake its antiquated jingle about heart-shaped hot tubs.
We developed an integrated redesign of all branding and communications. We set the casino apart from their competition in Atlantic City and Connecticut by leveraging their unique wilderness location. We built awareness among local and regional visitors, increased hotel stays, and drove guests to Player’s Club memberships. In a heavily contested tri-state gambling market, Mount Airy saw year-over-year increases in hotel visits, casino traffic and annual revenues.
